Our advanced Q&A tool is designed to save you time and ensure the most effective collaboration during your deal. We are excited to give deal administrators the power of streamlining the deal process even further. 

Auto-forwarding of new questions directly to experts – Instead of manually redistributing bidders’ questions to your team’s experts, choose the right subject matter experts for each topic, to receive questions automatically after they have been raised. For example, tax questions will be automatically forwarded to a tax expert group and legal experts will be immediately receiving legal topics questions. 


Deal administrators retain full control at all times – Manage the stream of information to and from the inquiring bidders and teams; change expert groups settings at any time.
