Auto-forward bidders’ questions directly to your subject matter experts

Our advanced Q&A tool is designed to save you time and ensure the most effective collaboration during your deal. We are excited to give deal administrators the power of streamlining the deal process even further. 

Auto-forwarding of new questions directly to experts – Instead of manually redistributing bidders’ questions to your team’s experts, choose the subject matter experts for each topic, to receive questions automatically after they have been raised. For example, tax questions will be automatically forwarded to a tax expert group and legal experts will immediately receive legal questions. 

Deal administrators retain full control at all times – Manage the flow of information to and from the inquiring bidders and teams; change expert group settings at any time.

Greater team collaboration – Grant the expert groups more possibilities to work collaboratively, with the option to greenlight each other’s answers. Administrators can now be confident publishing, knowing that checks are in place.
